Tried different software on the PC
Unfortunately, on Tuesday Tony found that our existing PC wouldn't connect to our new WiFi router. Though curiously it will connect to a mobile phone hotspot!
After trying different Windows 7 adaptor settings with no success (i.e. disable IPV6 and use fixed IP rather than DHCP) as it would continue to hang while identifying the network.
So today Tony tried booting a Mint 20 Linux Operating System (OS) from a USB (rather than Windows 7 from the hard disk).
And, after configurating the data and time, he could successfully browse and play YouTube videos :)
He then removed the flat CR2032 cell battery from the motherboard which he will replace.
