Some success with the first S.C.A.R shelf this morning.

After painting the pole yesterday (between the showers) it was time to get my tool bag together to see if Plan B will work :)


 



Well working with Nicky (from S.C.A.R.) adding a vertical pole and bolting the ends of the horizontal baton to the shelf seems to have improved things :)

 The weather was a bit damp to start out trip as we met outside Lidl at 9:45. But our driver, Colman, from Shannon Tours and our 15 seater minibus were excellent :) Our first stop was at the Michael Cusack Centre , which luckily we had pretty much to ourselves and our guides Agnes, Shelia and Martin were very knowledgeable and made our visit fun. Highly recommended. And the local scone ands tea and coffee were delicious and very welcome giving us all a chance to discuss the history explained by our guides.
