Shannon Town Men's Shed

Today we were visited by Breda O'Driscoll & Karl Quinn of Limerick & Clare Education Training Board (LCETB) who presented to use how to make use of the various training opportunities available to us. We had our first event post-Covid 19 today at the Mens Shed. It was given by Dipanker Biswas of LCETB (https://lcetb.ie/further-education-and-training-division/) who gave a wonderful talk on how to achieve and maintain your physical and mental well being. We started with Play-Doh and ended with a few gentle stretching exercises. Dipanker was also happy to take questions from the floor. Thank-you Dipanker for a well-paced and informative talk.
