Shannon Town Men's Shed

 The Mens Shed are very happy to be producing plain fairy doors to be painted in the library later this Summer. Here's the first batch of 14 being give to Elaine earlier today. We will blog more as the project progresses. Sadly Denys who can been seen below making them in 2019 passed away recently. RIP.

 Nice to see the strawberries in blossom. And the Easter lilies too :)

 Nice to see it holding up well to the weather and the dried clay hasn't blown away. Just a few bamboo sticks and cones to restore :) I also added another packet of modelling clay to keep things in place. There were a few flies buzzing around it but no bees/wasps yet :) But did see one big flying thing!

 Well, I finally started my rammed earth bug hotel! But need another two bags of soil/clay to finish it!
